Friehtliner has a recall for the gear box on the steering system. I called the factory and thought this is why my coach is acting up. When I called I could not get through and left a message. At this point I figured I would just keep calling and maybe someday I would get through. NO WAY!!!
In a matter of minutes they called me back and told me my unit did not have any recalls on it. They told me where to go in my local area if I had any other concerns. What a welcome change. It takes so little for a customer to go away feeling good. I don't know why Gulfstream doesn't get what a simple change would make.
