92 21' Mini Conquest

Hi All,

Found a 1992 Conquest Mini-21', rear kitchen, I'm considering purchasing. New to forum and this will be my first RV purchase. Test driving and inspecting it today. Any owners who can provide information on this RV, along with critical inspection points I need to pay special attention to would be appreciated. Chevy body, 70K miles, and looks very well taken care of.

We had a 1990 Conqest 21 ft. It was great. I was sorry after I traded it for a 200 Ultra. I think the older models were better built. Be sure and check and double check the roof for leaks. After you buy it make darn sure you coat the whole roof with RV sealer. Not just the seams. Leaks can come from some odd places.

The refer in this RV doesn't work by LP, acording to the current owner it is the burner unit. How difficult to replace this, and aprox cost.
