We've enjoyed over 60,000 miles without any real problems except for a hidden water leak. A dealer in Maryland "repaired" the water-logged floor BUT left MANY wires loose and a hissing gas line connection. Found and fixed the gas leak but don't know where some of the wires go. I have called GS and sent emails with picture of wires.

Here is email sent:

Dear Madam/Sir,

Please provide guidance for a loyal user and owner. We have a 1997 Ultra Supreme with over 60,000 miles that we love. We had to have a shop in Maryland replace the floor in the forward area. However, they left some wiring loose behind the inverter box, under the seat area. It is a pair of green and white that are taped together and have "trunk" labeled on the insulation. I can tell by the slit near the end that they had been joined somewhere but I can't find where. They come from a large, wrapped bundle; exiting at the same spot as the furnace wires with a length that reaches the inverter box. The green is "hot" 12 volts while the white is ground.

Thanks for your assistance,

Your request has been forwarded to our engineering and electrical department for their evaluation and recommendations. Have you identified any electrical appliance or feature which is presently inoperable?
As it is late in the day here in Indiana, I'm sure the personnel have left
for the day. Hopefully we can provide you with the recommendations on
Monday. Sorry for the delay.
