Sorry to repost something from another section, but I really need some answers to be able to use my RV safely.
I have a problem with my Vista Crusier Mini. The motorhome was delivered to the dealer with the cruise control inoperative. I refused delivery. The Dodge dealer claimed there wasn't a problem. The cruise still would not engage. A second dealer replaced a part which didn't solve the problem. I left the RV with the dealer for approx 3 weeks to solve that and other problems. After months of back and forth, nothing was resolved.
While on the road, I later discovered that the cruise control did not work when the lights were on, but worked with the lights off. Importantly, the **brake lights** don't work when the headlights are on! A Sprinter dealer finally determined that the coach was wired to the chassie incorrectly.
Now Gulf Stream will not trouble shoot the problem and repair it. They claim they don't have to because the warranty recently expired.
Has anyone else had this or a similar problem? If so, how did you reslove it?
