What is the value of this unit
I do not want to steal it away from owner, but want to make sure that I pay the real value
It is the end of the season for us here in Canada, but the owner has inside parking for it and in no need for money

I would Pull up NADA Recreational Vehicle values and it will give you low and high book. they may have a Canadian version. On the 07s they are 54 to 65k US. I didn't find an 06 4230 listed, but that doesn't mean it wasn't released up north first or for some reason the value is not shown. I would also pull up GS 06 4230 Vista Cruiser Mini on the internet and see what dealers and other individual are selling them for. Hope this helps Let us know if you get it.

To add to froggy's post... Typically, a private sale would be for no more than NADA Low Retail listing. Also, don't add in any of the extras when looking up the book value. In this market, sale prices may be even less.
