Yellowstone slide is drooping

This is my first post on this forum but I have a 2005 Yellowstone that the small slide is dropping about 2" where it meets the floor in the inside of the 5th wheel. This has appeared within the last 2 months and I am not sure where to begin.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?

I have been talking with John Bruhn at Gulfstream and he sent me a drawing that I can use to resolve this problem.

It would nice since you brought up the topic, if you post what is found to be wrong with your slide just in case someone would have the problem in the future it would give them some guidance just as you were looking for.
