Seems to me this was discussed somewhere on this forum. Charlie

Frank,

I have to replace the DS front and have a couple of splits where screws have over stretched the PVC fender material. I will try a variety of PVC glues (PVC fencing) and in lieu of that possibly reinforce the back side with fiberglass cloth and resin.

I also need to make some spacers out of either aluminum, Delrin or some of that Teflon cutting board material as the factory basement frames are quite often not close enough to the fenders and this causes over tightening of the screws, cheesy wooden spacers (factory) or sprayed foam "spacers" (factory...again).

I can fix them, I am just trying to stay busy and gainfully employed at the moment.

Try 3-M High Strength glue spray. Mine started separating, and I used the spray because it would "shoot" up into the cracking area. Worked well.

Can buy at Home Depot, or similar store. Did not find at auto parts store.

bought 4 new ones direct from Gulfstream for our 2001; they just get brittle

What was the cost of 4 new fenders?
