no power to circuts

Can anyone tell me where the 12 volt chassis relay is? My book shows me all the fuses and fuse relays but need to find actual relay that supplies power to chassis. The generator runs and all 12volt house systems function,
but motor won't run,no headlites,no horn, anything to do with chassis is ca'put.Measured voltage at fuse block under hood that is a chassis fuseblock and it only has 3.6vdc and battery and connections are good. voltage at starter is 12vdc, at disconnect is 12vdc,both solenoids for jacks and bypass are 12 also. Are you sure GS didn't put a disconnect switch on your dash, or near your exit (door)?

That makes sense, that the disconnect switch is off, given the readings you presented.

Once the engine is started (jump started) does the fuseblock reading increase?

Finally, GS may have a wiring diagram for you, you just have to keep after your customer service rep to get it.
