AmeriLite 25BH measurements

Hello. New here with an 2010 AmeriLite 25BH on order. I'm getting my hitch setup and am wondering if someone could measure their AmeriLite trailer.

I'd like to know the following measurements:

1. Coupler height with trailer level
2. Height from the ground to the lowest point on the rear of the trailer (I'm thinking it is the sewer connection).
3. How far back from the rear tire is the low point in #2?

Just answering my own question for archival purposes...

Coupler height at level is 18"

The low point is the sewer connection at 8.5" from the ground. This low point is 5' behind the rear most tire.
