Well, just when I thought we had the major problems behind us our dash air is inoperative. Apparently, it has been that way since we bought it. We didn't really need it until April, and have been dealing with it since. We first took it to Freightliner, as the local dealer pointed fingers at them. Then we dropped it off on June 2 for the dealer to arrange repair with Evans Tempcon, the A/C manufacturer. It has been in the shop and they still don't know what is wrong. Gulf Stream is of no help, so it has become obvious that it is time to deal with it through the legal system. We have over 215 days out of service and still counting, so we will now let our attorney deal with it. What a shame that a company has such an attitude towards their customers, especially in the current economic environment.

Truly unfortunate. Some posts show positive movement on the part of GS, while others, such as yourself, are examples of poor service.
