VT365 Performance air filter/exhaust?

Has anyone found or changed the setup of their air cleaner/filter. I have looked and researched every where, but can not find a performace (K&N or similiar) air filter that will fit the current set up for the VT365. If anyone has done something that works, please share.
Has anyone changed the exhaust or muffler yet to something performance and did it make a differnce.

You can do whatever you want.
But, I've seen too many diesels "dusted" because of K+N filters.
There's no performance gain by using them.

The nice thing about performance parts is "It must be faster, my wallet's lighter" If K & N filters make sooo much more HP, wouldn't it be the same as removing your air filter and seeing how much better it ran. I'll agree with the last response, Dirt sucker air filters cause dead motors, period
