Looks like winter has arrived. Temperature has been in the low 40's and high 30's the last week or so. Had planned on our final campout this past Tuesday and Wednesday, but the cold and rain kept us home. Have the trailer about half winterized, just in case we still get a chance. Last year we went Oct 31 and Nov 1 and had great weather. This year looks like it may snow any time.
We did make it for three weekends this summer, so not complaining too much. Just wanted to get another one in. Missouri has some nice State Parks within a couple of hours of home. All the reserved sites were booked for the whole season for the Friday/Saturday weekends. My weekends are Tuesday and Wednesday, so we have no problem finding sites. Oh, well, better luck next year.
