Our GS Gladiator is not 2 yrs old yet and we have had problems with the steps since day 1 and now with the levelers. It is the electrical parts Kwikee provides that have been the cause of all our problems. We were finally able to get the steps worked out when the levelers gave out. Kwikee has disallowed them to be covered under the warranty. They claim that they were tampered with by us or someone else. When the RV was first brought to our service company, the manual they refered to, indicated that the part was mounted on the firewall of the cab...not. It was finally traced to the first compartment of the RV on the passanger inside in the area above the roof of the compartment. Now how could it have been tampered with if we couldn't even find it? I have asked Gulf Stream to help but we have not even received a reply to our email. We are talking about a part with a cost of over $500 that is still under the origional warranty. We no longer have any faith in GS and will never recommend them to anyone. You would think that in this market, customer satisfaction would be critical for their survival.
