It's not a poor effort. They work their way loose while driving.

I have a similar problem with my 2006 BT 5231. The squeaky noise is over the driver's side and sounds like pieces of styrofoam rubbing against one another. I assume the source of the noice is loose or missing bolts holding the fiberglass cab to the metal frame of the windshield. My planned access route is to remove the TV when I can get some assistance and reach/crawl inside the space to locate the bolts. I assume the back of the "tv hole" is open and not sealed? This tread makes me wonder if the the access is via the ceiling over the driver's seat? Any suggestions are welcomed!

After driving on I10 around Baton Rouge, my cab bolts worked loose again and is squeeking like crazy.

I plan on redoing the repair with automotive expanding foam. NOT the stuff you use for the house.

Once it warms up, I'll post pics while doing the repair.

My Endura is squeaking in this area also. I started looking for the loose screws described by going in from the top (beneath the mattress) but no luck so far. Before I go any farther can one of you guys give me more of a hint as to where I can find the elusive screws? Thanks, Bill

If I remember correctly the screws are under/behind the gray trim around the "cutout" into the Cab, where the foam pad goes to make the overhead bed complete. Seems from the posts I seen that this is an ongoing adjustment, haven't seen a posting where this was finalized and never needed to be redone. Just a part of owning a Big Class 'C'. let us know if you find a "Fix".
