Pre-sales pointers from the group

I am looking at a 2008 GS SuperNova - the 331 - one that had been in inventory of a dealer that went BK.

The unit was never registered - but becasue it was sold at a bank auction - I've been told that GS will not perform any warranty work nor consider the unit as thiers.

Any pointers as to what warranties might still be in place...

Phone numbers or websites to call for me to check would be good on the appliances....

I'm concerned about the engine/ frame - sounds like people have the turbos replaced regularly and ECU's updated as well as gear ratios changed out....

Also - Since it's been sitting for 2 years since manufacture - what services - the dealers done the major ones - but I'm talking about things like sealing some things or lubricating others should be done....

I took the plunge and am a 6331 owner as of today.

If anyone has the pdf of the upgrades that Mr Hiatt(sp?) has done I'd appreciate it.

Same goes for pictures of sound deadening insulation applied in the cab.
