When to replace tires

The tires on our MH are about 4 years old now, they are Uniroyal Laredo LT225/75R16, and only about 2700 miles on them, should I start looking for new ones or wait a year. We are only planing one trip this year about 1500 miles total. If I do need to replace what manufacture is best. :?:

Many experienced RVers recommend replacing tires at 6 years of age regardless of how little wear they may have...

I replaced mine at five years and the reason why I replaced the Michelins XRV was because it had small cracks on the side walls. Even though Michelin said they were OK, I didn't want to take a chance on a blowout. You don't have any miles on your coach, but have a tire shop check them out preferably one recommended by the manufacturer of the tires. I would think that those tires are still good, but have them checked out anyways. I replaced the Michelins with Toyo's and I really like them.
