Weak floor

I have "soft" spots in front of my stove and in the bathroom, the vinyl floor is fine and the black plastic looks good under the trailer, i assume theirs an issue with the sub-floor. Is this a warranty issue?

It sounds like you have water leaks getting under the vinyl floor and soaking/rotting the wood.
I would try to find the leaks ASAP before more damage is done.
The warranty is probably long gone, usually 1 yr/ 3 yr structural manufactures warranty.
So unless you have an extended warranty, you probably will have to pay the bill. But most extended warranties don't cover floor damage unless it was caused by a failed component.

FEMA trailer? I had bad flooring in mine and had to replace it. Fortunately, the structure underneath (wood joists) were still in good shape. If you do have leaks, it's likely soaked the insulation in the floor.
