I just have to post my kudos to a company that obviously cares about its' customers! After a few trips and our most recent vacation to Michigan a few problems showed up and our camper is now at RV World being fixed. Gulfstream has shown us concern and is allowing the dealer to properly fix the issues promptly. We hear so many complaints about this company that I wanted to chime in with my thanks for a company with some heart!
I have gotten a couple of calls from GS to see how things are going and that goes a long way with me!
Two thumbs up!! Some of the issues are minor but a couple were a big PITA when on vacation. Water leaks showed up that were getting the basement soaked.......kinda like raining on my vacation time......but GS and the dealer are on top of it and I should have our baby back in a day or two now!
