roof cleaning/care/maintenance/repair opinions sought

I figure it's time to clean the EPDM roof on my Gulf Stream AmeriLite; can anyone recommend a cleaner that won't cause damage, as well as a sealant if any cracks/leaks found, and maybe a protectant if it's necessary?

I use tide powder laundry detergeant or spic and span to clean the roof and Dicor self leveling lap sealant for caulking roof areas.
I've never used any type of protectant so cant comment on that.

I use a mild detergent soap to clean the roof. Then let it dry and apply a protectant. A quality, self leveling sealant, like Dicor, when an area needs caulking.
