Radio/Back up camer

I have a 2008 Tour Master T40A coach on a freightliner chassi.

I have a Jensen VR187 Radio with a Color Monitor. The color monitor would not come out but the radio worked so I Removed the radio to see if a connection had fallen off and put the radio back and now nothing works. I checked all the connections and they seem OK. There are 2 fuses on the wires going to the radio and they are OK. I can't seem to find any other fuses.

Any help would be appreciated.

I had a similar problem and contacted Jensen. They sent me a new radio as it has a two year warranty on it.
The person I spoke with referred me to the technical side to see if they could give me some advice and a few things to try. Nothing worked, so I shipped the old one back after receiving the new one.
There was a place in Elkhart that had them on sale for around$180.00. I think it was the RV surplus store.
