We have a 2006 GS Cavalier "FEMA" camper, there is no fresh water tank or pump so this is how we "winterized" the plumbing.

We drained the hot water heater and the 2 rear drains, and replaced the caps.

We unscrewed the kitchen sink faucet and used a transmission funnel from the auto parts store ($1.99) to place in the faucet, we then poured in a gallon of the standard winterizing fluid. Since the pex lines are clear you can see the pink fluid in the lines. We let a small amount go in the hot water heater & then used the built in by-pass lines to let the fluid go through out the trailer.

If anyone knows a better way, let me know, but this was pretty easy and you can see the fluid in the clear PEX lines.

Put a bit of antifreeze in the drains as well. Enough to displace the water in the p trap. Make sure the bath stool has water taken care of as well and the shower drains. Is there any outside faucets?
Next time I suggest you do not put antifreeze in the hot water heater. Just drain it.
