Hear Yeh I did the 2am thing for 10 years took me a long time to be able to sleep past 1am no matter what time I went to bed.

I'm 60 years old and retired since last September when we sold our business. 6:30 AM and the group is already on-line. Need my beauty rest! Actually, start to let the dogs out at about 7AM. Will try to join in at 8PM, but I'll probably forget. Getting nervous about the new chat room procedures.
