My wiper motor does not have the power to move the wipers, of course I found this out last night in a heavy down pour. I had to turn it on for one wipe and then turn it off. It would stop completely if I tried to let it run.
It does have a GS 323238B part number.

Art-
My same model Tourmaster has the same problem. I first thought that it may have been a result of all of the spray foam that everything was enveloped in, but after cleaning everything out, the same problem exists. When I first discovered it during a hard rain storm, I could turn it off and on with a lot of water on the window and get it to work a couple of swipes, but that was it. I stopped that evening and bought some RainX and after applying it, I didn't have to worry about the problem anymore. I'm going to let Freightliner take a look at it when I go in for service. It almost appears that the motor is not strong enough.
