I have a 2010 6341 with bunks with the older chassis and 365VT engine. This is my first year de-winterizing the rig and as I turned the valve under the sink (which I assume is the hot water bypass valve) water came pouring out the furnace compartment above the area of the hot water heater. I took off the cover off by simply turning the clips and found the leak was under loose caulk. I removed the caulk and found a hole that was obvious placed in there for some reason. It is quite small so I plugged it with my finger to see if the water heater would fill. It did not seem to fill. So my question is, what is the hole for and how do I get my water heater to fill? The water pump was running during my investigation. I"d appreciate anyones help. Thanks.
