new camper

Hello all, my wife and I just picked up our leftover 2010 ameri lite 19kd. I hav'nt found much online about them as far as problems or areas we need to keep a close eye on. We had an old 1985 layton 25' camper, but the wife wanted an upgrade so you know how that works. I've hear good and bad about all the makes i just hope we did.nt make a mistake. any info is greatly appreciated. thanks John

I am not familiar with the Ameri lite but I know what you mean about the other half. We had a 2009 16 ft Scamp that we have spent the last two winters in. It was cozy but a little more room would be nice. Well we were looking at Gulf Streams the other day and a 2012 23ft RBK Visa followed us home. It seems like a well built trailer but I don't think it will stand the test of time like the Scamps do, of course we are talking two different type trailers. Congratulations on your new Ameri lite.
