On my way back from florida this april, i had tread separation on one of my tires which destroyed the wheel well skirt on my Sea Hawk fth wheel.
Since my dealer is far away i decided to try to order it from gulfstream myself since it is an easy fix anyways, i called gulfstream and was refered to a person named terri davis who asked me to e mail a picture of the skirt so as to be sure we were both talking about the same part etc.Well after a few e mails we had the part nos. and the price and shipping charges via fed ex. I sent the cheque and thought it would be a long wait but presto fedex showed up last week and everything was perfect. This transaction was also comlicated by the fact that i am in Canada so customs regulations also had to be taken care of. All in all i am extemely satisfied with their customer service and terri davis worked diligently to ensure i got the right parts the first time.
