We have a 2009 Tourmaster and I wanted to share with you two new upgrades we made to our coach. We had a 32 inch Samsui TV mounted on a mounting bracket. We started getting red lines on the TV. Had the TV checked out and it worked perfectly so it was deemed an interference problem. We found a 40 inch Samsung with the thin border. It fit perfectly for the heighth of the cabinet but was a bit wider. We pulled out the TV cabinet. Put a flat board behind the TV, mounted the mounting bracket and installed the 40 inch TV. We put what we call a short spindle fence that pops out to move the Tv and pops back in when we are ready to move to hold the TV in place. We love the larger screen.

We also fought with the ridiculous situation of trying to keep the batteries watered in a compartment that was woefully too small. We put on a system that you can fill the batteries by installing the tube in the distilled water and pump the water into the batteries. But we still had problems with the bay rusting. We decided to bite the bullet and bought 4 AGM batteries. When the professionals installed the batteries they cleaned up the bay and took out the rust spots and reinforced the bay. They told us that two of the batteries were wired parallel and two were serial. This caused two of the batteries to overflow because they were continually charging. We now have a nice clean bay with batteries that don't need to be filled. The Xantrex control panel on our coach has a program for the AGM batteries. We got rid of the mess and stress of dealing with that ridiculous battery bay!
