Fenders and repaint....

Trying to repaint my unit 2 colors body color and trim and also watertight the fenders. Factory, there is no sealant on the fenders except on the outer trim. How can I completely seal them? And I'm trying to repaint this unit aswell put on a new roof. How can I do that?
