View Full Version : Gulf Stream Features DVD

Yesterday I received the Features DVD's that I requested from Gulf Stream for our coach. Since they did not have one specific for our 2004 Yellowstone which has almost all the same items/options in it as the Freindship, they sent me the DVD for the 2005 Freindship G7. The also included the DVD for the Sunvoyager since it details more of the items in our coach.

I must say it was very informative and I learned a couple of things that I did not know as I watched them both. They functioned great on my laptop with a DVD/CD drive. Mike Johnson, Director Of Dealer Training was the person doing all the tour and desciptions of each item covered. He did a good job.

Kudos to Gulf Stream for producing these DVD's, they will really help many new owners and also some of us "old" owners.

Hey Ron. Who do you call to get one? I would love to have one on 2005 SunVoyager still a lot of things I am learning.

I have been wondering where Clyde is also. I am used to him being so active here and he has not been posting.

I've been trying to get a DVD for my 06 Crescendo and just called the GS Media man about the promised 07 version. He offered to send me the same DVD's GStream40 got without hesitating, so I took him up on the offer. I must say it was nice to have someone @ GS be so responsive. I'm a happy camper!!

Earl, I have the Sun Voyager DVD. If GS can't send you one, let me know and I'll get my son to make a copy. We're in Hiawassee, GA--went thru the drive from hell to get here. Gorgeous country, but the hills, curves, etc! Charlie

Hey Ron, Things are looking up I e-mailed GS on the 17th and asked for the DVD it was mailed on the 18th and I receved it today. :D :D :D

Yep, that is customer service!! :lol:

Really helps Gulf Stream relations when they are responsive and give speedy service to the needs like that.

I asked about a features DVD for the Super-C line and received this nice response...
At this current time there is not a super C ultra DVD available. The Super C coach was not produced at the time that the last series of DVD's were made. I greatly apologize and would like to assure you that one will be made this winter when we produce our next series of videos. I will send you a video covering the Class C conquest line and many of the features covered in that video will inform you of what you need to know about your coach. Thank you for purchasing a Gulf Stream Coach and I hope that you have many years of fun, worry free camping in your new RV.

I did receive a DVD that covered the features and campground set up for a "normal" Class C. [Actual MH in the video was a Conquest "Limited Edition", Ford 350.]

Everything that was covered was what would normally be covered in a delivery run-through by a good dealer. Nice to have a refresher, though.

About 80% of what was covered was also applicable to the Super-C line, since appliances, valves, circuit breaker panel, monitor panel, awning, etc. are identical.

I read about these dvd's. I just ordered a 07 GS 36 foot model 8357. How can I request a dvd, prior to getting my unit delivered to me.

I called GS about this DVD for my 2005 Friendship and they didn't have any. Willing to pay for copy and postage if you have one.

That was 3.5 years ago. I'm not sure if I still have it. I'll have to look...
