On a 3000 mile trip to Memphis then Nashville then Concord NC then back to CT.

I am experiencing a Driveline Vibration strongest at 65-67 MPH starts at 62 and goes away at 73 MPH.

I had the driveshafts pulled they replace all the joints, and carrier bearings and balanced the driveshafts to no avail.

Ted.

tires?

No Driveline vibration, higher frequency and resonates through the Coach.

Well after lots of measurements and research I found and fixed my vibration, the Pinion angle was too sever, had to remove the pads between the differential and leaf spring and machine 2 degrees off them from 5 degrees to 3 degrees.

Vibration is Fixed.

Wow, it is weird that it just started on that trip to Memphis. Strange it didn't do it since new.
Glad you got the problem solved. Who ever figured it out had to be mechanical engineer to figure the angles on the pinion gear.

It was there before but not as noticeable without the trailer.

The more load you put on it the more the pinion winds upward increasing the vibration.

I put a more detailed explanation here http://www.rv.net/forum/index.cfm/fuseaction/thread/tid/27079430.cfm
