Xantrex Freedom Combi 2000 watt inverter charger

I have a Xantrex Freedom Combi 2000 watt inverter charger the lights on the remote all flashing red and on the inverter the indercator lights are blank there is no off and on switch on this inverter any one know what could be wrong I have shut th remote off and back on the sane thing happens

There are two things you can do.
1. If you have one, unplug the battery temperature sensor from the inverter, this may fix it.
2. Unplug your remote control at the inverter and disconnect the black ground wire from the inverter, for awhile, overnight if possible. This resets the inverter. Before you unplug, check the settings in the remote control, you may lose these settings and you will have to input them again, it may go back to the factory settings.
