hello all.

first time class a owner.
coach is a 2009 (2008 chassis?) gulfstream Yellowstone country club 8359 (bunk beds) gasser.

what i'm looking for is the radio end of the CB antenna feedline inside the coach.

this was a rental before I bought it and am fairly sure there was never a CB radio installed so no cable hanging out in the open.

the coach has the stereo radio antenna on the right side of the coach and the little rubber ducky helical antenna for the CB on the left side.

anyone ever find where the factory leaves the radio end of the CB antenna?
i'm an extra class amateur so i'm comfortable working with this kind of thing, just don't want to pull apart the coach if I don't have to.
=]

thanks for your time,

On my 2007 it was bundled up under dash to the left of the steering wheel. Try looking in that area.

'preciate it.

I had in mind that it would be twist-tied up somewhere but hadn't looked in that spot yet.

I have a 2004 Gulfstream Crescendo. I found the CB antenna connector behind the steering column at the floor. It was cable tied to a bundle of cables.

Hello, Did you ever find that CB antenna? Where was it located? I have a 2006 Sun Voyageur and have looked for that thing several times; to no avail.
Must try again tomorrow now that I am reminded of it.
thanks.

It's amazing, the stuff you find here. I just went out and looked under the dash of my coach and found a piece of RG58 with a PL259 connector on it, just dangling there.

So maybe that's what it is? A CB feed line? :D
