Camera and Mirrors

Hi all
I have a 2001 Gulf Stream Conquest Classic, V 10, 450 Super Duty.

My visor backup cam and power mirrors are no longer working. The fuse that keeps blowing under the dash is #12 (its a small 15 amp) marked "Transmission Range (TR) Sensor, Auxiliary Battery Relay".
The other fuse is for the mirrors I think(see below picture). I can't find anything on this one. It had a large 10 amp fuse in it.

When I replace these two, things work for a little while.Then one or the other fuse goes out and I no longer have cam or mirror. The picture below shows the fuse location under the hood.

Can anyone help out with this.
What more can I do, or look for.

The picture is kinda small, but the wiring in the picture looks suspicious to me in general. Clean it up and trace the wires that are attached to the fuses to their ends and make sure there is no insulation wore off and causing a short circuit somewhere.
