2015 Ameri-Lite 19KD QC issues

Hi All,

I'm new to this forum...I purchased, or should I say ordred, a BRAND NEW 2015 Ameri-Lite 19KD. It was delivered to me on 02/28. The trailer came to me so riddled with flaws and QC issues that I have only had it in my possesion for 3 weeks. It has spent the rest of it's time at an RV Service Center having all of the flaws corrected. Seeing all the complaints on this site is a shame because the trailer I got is nothing like Gulf Stream advertised on their web-site.

What was wrong on delivery:

- All 4 tires are bald on inside and outside tread with dry rotting
- Pucker in bathroom floor (paid extra for the upgraded flooring)
- Water system hooked up backwards
- Stereo system wired incorrectly
- Wires under coach hanging down and loose
- Roof over slideout cut too short and coming undone
- leaking around the antana
- Front skin comming lose from the coach
- Large gaps and spaces between where cabinets meet
- Dinning table feel apart on first and only weekend out
- Several items listed in the brochure are no longer included or have been discontinued. In otherwords, what I got was not what Gulf Stream advertised on their web-site.

The coach has been at the service center for over a month now and the hold up is that Gulf Stream wants to half-ass the roof replacement. I had to pick the trailer up at one service center and deliver it to another because Gulf Stream did not want to pay the hours needed to properly fix the roof and adjust the slide out room. What a JOKE!!!

Anyone ells out there have Gulf Stream horror stories to share???

Hoping you may be able to help. We purchased a used 2010 Ameri-Lite 19KD. We have no crank handle or, for that matter, where the manual override is even located (not in the frame). Can you tell me where your's is located and perhaps a part no. for the handle? Thanks a lot.
