just wanted to say our dealer longview and gulfstream are doing a great job so far on resolving our issues on our tour master we just wanted to let everyone know that we had several big issues from our shake down trip and the people at longview have been so helpful beth in service is great will check back in and let you know the final out come which we belive will be fine

One of the salesman at Longview in Florida used to work for Sirpilla's in Akron, Ohio , Thor Thorby, his is the one that we purchased our 2004 coach from.
