97 Gulfstream Diesel Pusher Sunvoyager 30ft.

No problems with suspension, HOWEVER, to get to where I want to go, the last 3/4 mile which is off-road, requires more ground clearance for my engine/trans. I realize the differential cannot be lifted, but want to avoid hitting rocks, etc with oil pan, trans pan, etc.

The Question: Where is the compressor or how can I add air to the bags, or can I in order to get a couple more inches on a temporary basis?

Has anyone else found a solution. This would be just to change height while off-road. I know the RV is not an off-road vehicle, but I use it to tow my off-road cars to the staging area.

If you have air ride the coach should have a height adjustment. I never have done any of that type of work, but I have read where you can adjust the height on your airbags.

not an easy task, on my coach there are two, its an air valve attached to the frame with an arm going to the trailering arm, you have to make the arm longer, some are fixed some have a small bolt, the one we use at work have a pin so they are adjustable, but it is a pain to get to on the coach
