Hello..We are in the process of purchasing a 2008 Gulf Stream Independence 8360 FRED from a private sale. The weather has been extremely cold here in New England and they can not seem to get the RV to start. The owner has passed away and the sellers are not that familiar with all the specifics of the Gulf Stream. Can anyone tell me if this model comes equipped with an engine block heater? This has always been pretty standard on our previous diesel coaches, but evidently the sellers can not locate the plug? (I have not yet looked myself). Can anyone provide some insight to the plug location on this Freightliner front engine diesel 340hp Cummins?

For the record, my RV did not come with a block heater...

I have a 1999 Gulf Stream Independence Class A Diesel Pusher that has an engine block heater and the switch is located at the base of the rear queen size bed
support frame, looks like a regular house light switch with a small red light indicator, hope this helps!
