Has anyone used or heard of the GOLD PROGRAM? We just got a letter from the Gulfstreamers informing us of a program that Gulfstream has (Gulfstream Owner Loyalty Development) They are suppose to be assigning you a "personal service rep" as soon as you send in your owner's registration and answer a survey on your buying experience. They are suppose to enter your info into a data base and answer any questions you have. We did it and haven't heard a peep. :?:

Prior to our purchase the GS regional sales rep told me that a service person would be in contact within a couple of weeks from the sale. It's a new approach to service. But this approach does require a phone call by GS! We haven't heard anything, but it's probably too early for us. Charlie

We purchased our coach in June of this year and it only took a month to get in contact with out customer representitive... Mostly because we had warranty issues. Since then, I call the my Rep when we have issues and she has returned my call promptly. It's funny as my dealler doesn't get called back as fast and has asked me to be the "go between" on my coach.
