slideouts wont retract please help

2005 sunvoyger. ive read the manual tried different hings. what is the order or sequence to getting slides to work. Ive made sure the drvers seat is forward, jacks down and level. Do i have the engine running or not. Ive missed 2 days of vacation so far. thanks for any help. Rachel H.

Not sure about the Sun Voyager, but on my Scenic Cruiser there is a circuit breaker on the passenger side, compartment next to the batteries which has tripped a couple of times. Check to see if it is not tripped. Also check the fuses.
