I purchased a New Innsbruck in August on a Thursday only to have to return it 4 days later with several problems. It has been at the Dealer since. They say the delay is because they can't get parts. It has currently been there 78 days and counting with no end in site.

I am very disappointed with the Dealer and Gulfstream at this point I have no faith that the repairs will be done correctly.

According to Ohio Lemon law:

Ohio

3 unsuccessful repairs of same defect or 30 calendar days out of service or 8 total repairs of any defects or 1 unsuccessful repair of problem likely to cause death or serious bodily, injury within shorter of 1 year or 18,000 miles. Covers all of Rv except for facilities related to eating and sleeping

or 30 calendar days out of service in my opinion my rv meets this?

I would like to know what are my options at this point do I need to contact and attorney?

dealership is not helping so I am reaching out to Gulfstream.

Unfortunately, it's not unusual for new trailers (of most brands - Gulfstream isn't substantially better or worse) to have some issues. Usually these issues are relatively minor and straight-forward to fix yourself (e.g. a leak in a water connection because they didn't tighten it up properly, broken fitting, broken water pump, loose piece of molding/trim - stuff that is relatively easy to fix one's self). There can be issues too serious for that - I've no idea where yours fall. If your problems are reasonably fixable yourself that's likely a less expensive course than hiring an attorney to pursue a lemon law case.

FYI: I've no experience with the OH lemon law - never had to use it.
