SN outside storage door latch broke

Anyone have any tricks to be in to the outside storage compartments. One of my latches is broke and I can't get the door open.

After some long thought I ended up opening the hatch to the right of the one with the broken latch and unbolting the hinges so I could get the door open. Once I got it open it was an easy fix, the lever that activates the plunger was loose and bound up. Just a good snugging and Wala back in business
