Pioneer double DIN CD/radio unit in GS dash

Has anybody installed a Pioneer Double DIN CD/receiver in a Gulfstream dash? If so did you use an adapter harness? If you did use one, what type/part number? The original Ford radio is pretty useless and I want to upgrade to a USB capable unit. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

And a parting thought.......Tamper proof fasteners should be outlawed in RVs.
