We have a 2007 crescendo 8386. We live in Peoria AZ-just had new dometic brisk air 15k roof ac installed. I can't remember since we bought the rv at the beginning of summer how the furnace works. The main 15k ac unit fan comes on when i turn on the dometic thermostat in the hallway to furnace. I dont think this is the right way as 1. no heat is coming out of the rooftop unit and 2. i remember the furnace blowing thru some vents near the floor. Can anyone tell me how the crescendo furnace is supposed to work? the owners manual is useless. Also the rear 13.5k roof ac unit fan comes on when i turn on that thermostat to heat is this the correct way it operates ?
