Anyone know what these wires are for?

I have these 2 wires coming out of my clean out bay. 1 black 1 white I'm assuming there was a switch there at some point but dont know what they turn on of off? as you face the the bay they are located in the upper right hand corner.

Maybe a compartment light. is there light in there now. The light fixture would have its own switch so these wires may be 12 volt and hot! Does your coach have a master switch for the compartment lights, mine does.
