I must say, that after finding the right person to call, I have received very polite customer service. When the repair shop told me that a part was going to take a few weeks because GS sent the wrong part, I called GS and explained that we would be leaving in a few days for a ralley. They sent the part by FedEx overnight. I checked at the repair shop and sure enough they received the part and it was done that day. Off we went to the Ralley.
I am quite happy with GS Customer Service. I know that some have not been as lucky. I think though that things have changed at GS. Because the more I read, the more positive reactions I see for GS customer service. Now if they will only give out the schematics of electrical and plumbing, it would be nice. Read sticky at top of forum to sign petition.
