So on 2 occassions now I called Gulfstream for service.
First is when I wanted to put shocks on. I talked to a gentlemen he told me the part numbers and I was real happy with this. I camp with folks who have another brand are extremely loyal. But none of their 5'ers have the ability to add shocks like my Gulfstream.
Second occasion that I called Gulfstream on is when a tree branch put a couple of holes on my roof. I called CS and what I really wanted is to talk to a mechanic and get his\her opinion on the recommened roof fix. The CS agent couldn't get me that nor did I push her that hard. What she did do though is provide me the name of the company who provides our roof. They did prescribe a fix. So at the end of the day 2 callss 2 satisfactory responses and this 5'er has less early problems then my travel trailer did.
