Hello all.... New here and have a problem. My generator will stall sometimes if I go over speed bumps or large bumps on the Highway. I have checked for loose wiring connections, checked oil levels, and so on. My coach has the Onan marquis 7000 gas generator. Any help appreciated. :?

is your fuel tank full, gen fuel pickups are installed so they are a couple of inches off the bottem of the fuel tank. this keeps you from running the fuel tank dry leaveing you stranded scott

Yes, The problem occurs whether the tank is full or 1/2, checked oil levels etc. also. Tried to move any accessible electrical connections, but seems to keep happening

Is it near time for your generator to be serviced? Reason I ask is because the night before last during a thunderstorm the electricity went off so I fired up the generator. We had a very loud and very close lightning strike and it quit and I got a series of 3 blinks on the switch indicating I should service it. I re-started it and it ran OK again.
