Re: Seeing through the rear window?????

My Supernova has a rear view camera and it works as good or better than a rear view mirror. Broader viewing angle and it is looking right down at where your toad would be. That would be my...

Re: Operation "Supernova Quiet Cab"

OK finally an update with results from a road test. Not a real long drive, but about 12 miles of 55-65 mph freeway and highway drive time.

Have to say that it seems to make a big difference in...

Re: Operation "Supernova Quiet Cab"

I forgot to state that the sound dampening material is self-adhesive. It has a waxed paper layer that you peel off and then stick it down. It sticks very well, in fact you will probably have more...

Operation "Supernova Quiet Cab"

I have quite a bit of engine and drivetrain noise inside my Supernova 6331. I decided to use some hot rod ingenuity and do the same as what I use on my hot rods. I covered the floor with a sound...

Re: SN 6400 Batteries - Which is Chassis, which is coach

I have a small drain somewhere on mine also, so I just use the cutoff switch on each set of batteries when I am not using it for a while. The coach batteries do not seem to drain, but the chassis...

Re: How was everyones Summer

Put about the same 4K on mine in three trips, one picking it up and drive home about 1K, one longer 1.5 weeks around 2K, and a more local one for 3 days at 500 miles. Add in some local running...

Re: Trouble with ABS Controller.

My story - not quite a brake controller, but related. I had brakes dragging and causing the brake pressure and ABS lights to come on. I unplugged the big ABS fuse thinking it was an ABS actuation...

Re: Problems emptying holding tank?

Well, to quote the old plumbers rule:

"$#!+ flows downhill and payday is Fri". In other words, gravity required.

Most I have seen the dump is at ground level or sometimes lower a few inches. ...

Re: Battery Maintenance for RV Storage

Inverter is to change 12 VDC to be 110 VAC. Converter is to change 110 VAC to 12 VDC. Two completely separate functions. Your battery charger is a converter. Plugging into the 110 VAC wall outlet...

Re: Engine or Exhaust Brake for VT 365 Engine.

Since the VT365 is the same basic engine as the Ford 6.0 used in the pickups and Ford medium duty trucks, any exhaust brake for them should work on the VT365. May be some chassis differences...

Supernova Cruising RPM Question, and MPG Question

Since I drove my 2008 Supernova 6331 home 1000 miles, I got some good exposure to the rpm and fuel.

I held to 65 mph to try and save a bit of fuel, and the rpm is about 2800 at that speed. Does...
