Have them really look at the front end. Cups or scalloped dips appearing around the edge of the tread on one side or the other, almost always indicate worn (sometimes bent) suspension parts....

Depends on what manual? Owners manual I wouldn't bother with as it says absolutely NOTHING... Electrical/Service Manuals for the coach are non-existent, apparently.
