I might know why your roof is soft,,,,,,, some vinyl roofs have a felt lining on the bottom side of them,,, it can act like a wick and pull the moister up ( like a lantern does ) I know Jayco has...

you have been on the roof and resealed it havent you? there warranty does say to look your roof over at least 2 time a year and with it being 4 years old you should have had to at least reseal some...

if its curled out you should be able to get a small block of wood and a hammer and tap it back ,there just alum. make sure your dealer does the repair, might have have the wood frame sticking out...
